Welcome to Andy Balloons! These Terms and Conditions!!! (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including balloons and flower arrangements. By accessing or ordering from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance. For last-minute orders (within 24 hours), please contact us at (954) 469-4000 to confirm availability.
  • While we use high-quality materials and take utmost care, we are not responsible for balloons once they leave our store or delivered.
  • Please dispose of balloons responsibly after use. Never release them into the environment. ALL released balloons become litter.
  • Inform us if the recipient has a latex allergy to avoid using latex balloons in decorations.
  • Visit our website link for tips on extending the life of your arrangements.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

We may substitute balloons, flower types, colors, and other bouquet components based on availability. Your bouquet may vary slightly from the photo shown, but any substitutions will be of equal or greater value .

DELIVERY:

  • We offer delivery within our designated area. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery time slots are available during checkout. Due to various factors, such as traffic, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time within your chosen slot.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or delivery service issues.
  • Please provide the exact delivery address , including zip code, house/apartment number, and any relevant information like building name or gate codes. An incorrect address may incur an additional delivery fee.
  • The recipient is responsible for the product once delivered . We are not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery.
  • If picking up your order, ensure you have a suitable vehicle to transport your delicate and bulky items. We are not responsible for handling or damage during your transportation.
  • We may contact the recipient to confirm the address or ensure someone is present to accept the delivery, unless instructed otherwise in the special instructions box.
  • If the recipient is not present, we will attempt to contact you. If unavailable, we may leave the delivery in a safe location with a picture proof. A second delivery fee may apply for redelivery.

CANCELLATION:

  • We have a 48-hour cancellation policy . Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery will receive a 50% refund . Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • In case of postponing the delivery, availability will be checked to schedule a new date. Your timeframe to use your deposit is one year.

RETURN AND REFUNDS:

All sales are final. These items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

Balloons:

  • Balloons can be a choking hazard for children. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are present with balloons.
  • Deflated balloons and balloon pieces are a choking hazard. Dispose of them properly after use and keep them out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not breathe helium directly from balloons. Helium is not harmful, but breathing it can deprive you of oxygen, leading to serious health risks.

Flowers:

  • Some flowers may be irritating or poisonous if ingested. Keep flowers out of reach of children and pets.
